Custom design

We are happy to support and advise you on the design of your knives. If you already have designs, we will review them with you and discuss any adjustments. Upon request, we can also create a custom design according to your ideas.

Laser cutting machine

With our modern laser cutting machine, we can laser cut the customized blades from the steel and further process them. This gives us more flexibility and control over the entire process.

Pliester

Pließeing knives is a fine-grinding process that polishes the blade and makes it extremely sharp. The blade is first cleaned and coarsely pre-ground. Subsequently, it is worked with progressively finer abrasives and polishing paste until a mirror-smooth surface is achieved. Finally, the blade is thoroughly cleaned.
