It is specially designed for breaking down meat into larger pieces, whether it's dismembering poultry, boning meat, or portioning larger cuts of meat. The sharp blade allows for precise cuts, while the length of the knife ensures efficient handling when butchering various types of meat. This knife is for professional chefs and cooking enthusiasts who value precision and efficiency in the kitchen.

FAQs

Our knives are made of molybdenum steel 1.4116. DIN 1.4116 is also known as X50CrMoV15 and belongs to the group of martensitic stainless steels. The composition of DIN 1.4116 includes approximately 0.50% carbon, 15% chromium, 0.7% molybdenum and 0.15% vanadium. This combination gives the steel good corrosion resistance, high hardness, good sharpenability and a certain toughness.

After each use, hand wash your knives with warm water and mild dish soap. Avoid using harsh detergents or abrasive sponges, as these can damage the surface. Pay special attention to thoroughly removing all food residues.

Original EIKASO knives are offered with a guarantee. As a manufacturer, we are convinced of the high quality of our knives and therefore offer a guarantee for specific cases.
