Our knives are made of molybdenum steel 1.4116. DIN 1.4116 is also known as X50CrMoV15 and belongs to the group of martensitic stainless steels. The composition of DIN 1.4116 includes approximately 0.50% carbon, 15% chromium, 0.7% molybdenum and 0.15% vanadium. This combination gives the steel good corrosion resistance, high hardness, good sharpenability and a certain toughness.

After each use, hand wash your knives with warm water and mild dish soap. Avoid using harsh detergents or abrasive sponges, as these can damage the surface. Pay special attention to thoroughly removing all food residues.
